"Explosions are heard in Kherson! Dniprovsky district of the city is under fire. The Russian army is attacking from the temporarily occupied left bank," said Mrochko.
He urged Kherson residents not to stay in the open.
"Move to safer places. Take care of yourselves!" - Mrochko summarized.
