"Russian troops are attacking Kherson once again today. A 49-year-old man was injured as a result of another enemy shelling," the RMA reported on Telegram.

According to the RMA, the man went to the hospital on his own, where he was diagnosed with an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to his lower leg and a fracture of his lower limb.

The victim was hospitalized.
