In Kherson, after an enemy shelling, the power went out partially. This was reported by the head of the Kherson MBA Roman Mrochko, UNN reports.

"After another shelling of Kherson by the Russian occupation forces, the electricity supply was partially cut off. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones!" said Mrochko.
