On Thursday, April 25, a servicewoman, former journalist of the "Tyzhden" and "Chitomo" publications Alla Pushkarchuk (Ruta) was killed at the front. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Institute of Mass Information (IMI), UNN reports .

As she told the Institute, during the Revolution of Dignity, Alla joined the Right Sector, and later, as part of their information department, she traveled to the front to write and take pictures. That's when she got the call sign Ruta.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, she joined the Armed Forces and became a mortar operator.
According to the Institute of Mass Information, Alla Pushkarchuk became the 77th in the list of media professionals who died as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
