According to information, this happened at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York.
At the party, she signed an agreement where she promised not to tell anything. There was a lot of prohibition and alcohol at the party. The girl was first drunk, and then raped.
Initially, the victim filed an anonymous lawsuit only against Sean Combs, but then added Sean Carter, aka Jay-Z, to the defendants. The artist's lawyers deny and have already stated that the victims tried to blackmail them.
