The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) detained more than 500 suspected terrorists during an operation at Al-Shifa hospital in the Gaza Strip. This is stated in the IDF press release, UNN reports.

This is the operation with the largest concentration of terrorists we have detained since the beginning of the war. So far, we have detained over 500 suspects, 358 of whom are Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists
The IDF added that fighting continues in the hospital buildings, and several terrorists have barricaded themselves near the emergency room.
