At the request of the investigator and juvenile prosecutors, three suspects in the rape of a minor were given preventive measures in the form of detention by a court decision. At the same time, two people - without the right to bail, their third accomplice can leave at 242 thousand 240 UAH of bail. This is reported by the prosecutor's office of Sumy region, writes UNN.

It is noted that we are talking about an event that occurred in one of the settlements of the Konotop district on July 29, 2024.
Late in the evening, a 17-year-old girl got into a passing car to drive home. There were three young men in the vehicle, who are 24, 21 and 20 years old. However, instead of giving the girl a ride home, they drove into a wooded area and began to molest the minor, offering her to have sexual intercourse,
Having been refused by the victim, the men began to threaten with an air pistol, after which they resorted to sexual actions. Later, the guys took the girl to the city, where one of them repeatedly raped the victim in the apartment.
The actions of the suspects are qualified under Part 3 of Article 152 (rape) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
