Veterans and family members of combatants in Odesa region have already received more than UAH 18 million in grants to develop their own businesses. This is part of the process of implementing the country's Internal Resilience Plan. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleh Kiper, according to UNN.

He also clarified that the process of hiring veterans in Odesa region is ongoing, in particular, during meetings at the Dialogue between Government and Business platform.
"Providing veterans with jobs or assistance in starting their own business is a priority for us.
37 veteran businesses launched through the Grants for Veterans and Their Families program are already operating in the region. In Odesa region, veteran entrepreneurs have opened their own coffee shops, cafes, copy centers, and other businesses.
More than 2000 vacancies are available in the Employment Service database.
We are creating effective mechanisms for the employment of veterans and are ready to provide support from business and government at every stage of this process, if necessary," he said.

On Tuesday, November 19, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented his 10-point Internal Resilience Plan for Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada: Unity, Front, Weapons, Money, Energy, Security, Communities, Human Capital, Cultural Sovereignty, and Heroes' Policy.
The internal Resilience Plan is expected to be detailed with the participation of civil society, business, cultural community, media, and human rights activists.
