Currently, rescuers and emergency services are working at the scene. Due to roof damage, heavy smoke, and the risk of further collapses, access to the warehouse premises remains limited.
According to preliminary data, there were 363 shipments in the depot during the attack with a total value of about 1 million UAH. Information regarding their condition is being clarified.
The company emphasized that clients will be compensated for the declared value of damaged shipments, and details of the reimbursement procedure will be provided separately.
Despite another strike on logistics infrastructure, Nova Poshta continues to operate. The company noted that they have backup logistics schemes and pre-prepared business continuity scenarios. Clients can track up-to-date information regarding shipments via the mobile app and on the company's website.
