Hot weather with temperatures up to 35-38°C expected today in the south and east of Ukraine, thunderstorms and light rain in some areas, the Ukrainian Weather Center told UNN.

In the western and eastern, in the afternoon and in Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson regions and in the Crimea, there will be light short-term rain and thunderstorms; in the rest of the territory, no precipitation.
The wind is mostly northeast, 5-10 m/s.
The temperature in the southern part, eastern, Dnipropetrovs'k, Kirovohrad and Poltava regions is 20-25° at night, with a heat wave of 35-38° during the day; in the rest of the country, it is 15-20° at night, 28-33° during the day, and 25-30° in most western regions.

Dry, hot weather with temperatures of 15-20° at night and 28-33° during the day, 18-20° at night and 30-32° during the day in Kyiv.
