The Security Service of Ukraine has prevented an attempted assassination attempt on the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin, using a hostile drone, which was suspected of being controlled by a local resident who was detained on April 10. This was stated by the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk during a speech at a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities on April 12, UNN reports.
One of the latest examples. Recently, the project was implemented in the Kherson region. The governor, Mr. Prokudin, is right next to me. So, a local resident, a scoundrel who was detained by us on April 10, organized an assassination attempt on Mr. Prokudin together with the enemy special services. A new model of an enemy fpv drone was launched from a depth of 12 km. This scoundrel was directly observing the target on the spot. He was adjusting the fire, in fact, at Mr. Prokudin's car. All this was documented. He was detained at the stage of the completed assassination attempt. An enemy drone was shot down by our electronic warfare devices in a timely manner
According to him, there are "12 more episodes - this is work on the military, the defense industry, and the overall situation in the Kherson region.
