"We also continue to reform the system of child care and support in Ukraine. To do this, today we have adopted a strategy to ensure the right of every child to grow up in the family environment and an action plan for its implementation," Shmygal said.
He noted that the main goals of the strategy are comprehensive support for biological families, so that children do not end up in care facilities. These include inclusive education, high-quality medicine, effective social services, community support, and so on.
"The strategy is designed until 2028, and its implementation begins now. Responsible ministries and departments will be involved for this purpose," the prime minister added.
