Greece has become the 22nd state to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the establishment of a special tribunal to investigate the crime of aggression against Ukraine. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha on his X social media page, UNN reports.

According to him, Greece has officially informed the Council of Europe of its intention to join the relevant agreement.

The Minister also thanked the Greek side for supporting the initiative and called on other states to join the agreement by officially notifying the Council of Europe.
It should be noted that the creation of a special tribunal is intended to ensure that those involved in the crime of aggression against Ukraine are brought to justice and to strengthen international legal mechanisms for responding to such crimes.
