According to the report of the Ministry of Defense on the annual balance of military aid, 80 Marder tanks have already been delivered to Ukraine. According to the Ministry, this year, the volume of military aid to Ukraine has increased significantly: if last year the country received material assets worth 1.63 billion euros last year, in 2023 it amounted to already 4.34 billion euros. In addition, for the next five years, assistance in the amount of in the amount of 4.93 billion euros over the next five years.
Accordingly, as part of the Bundeswehr assistance has trained more than 10,000 Ukrainian military personnel. Personnel from "all management levels" were also trained in 270 different training courses.
