Thanks to coordinated actions, the Ukrainian Defense Forces forced the enemy to retreat, stopping his attempted offensive.
The enemy began to move assault groups to capture Pishchane, but faced strong resistance from Ukrainian defenders. At the same time, our military conducted stabilization operations in the direction of the neighboring village of Shevchenko.
The battle continued with the use of grenades, hand grenade launchers and small arms. The estimated number of forces on both sides was equal, which made the clash particularly tense. Thanks to the skill of the infantry, Ukrainian units managed to inflict losses on the enemy and forced them to retreat to the landings near Shevchenko.
