In April 2022, the Spanish firm Bilderberg Consulting Financiero, owned by Mykhailo Hladkovskyi, one of the sons of the wanted former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Hladkovskyi, purchased a plot of land in the elite settlement of La Zagaleta on the southern coast of Spain. And, according to satellite imagery, since the summer of that year and until now, active work has been underway on the construction of a villa on this territory. This was established by journalists of "Schemes", UNN reports.
Oleh Hladkovskyi (Svynarchuk) is a longtime associate and business partner of the fifth president Petro Poroshenko, who is currently an accused in the NABU case regarding abuses in the purchase of cars for the army, and he denies the charges. After Oleh Hladkovskyi stopped appearing at court hearings, he was put on the wanted list in April 2024.
La Zagaleta is a gated elite community in southern Spain's Malaga province, which is favored by showbiz stars, athletes, businessmen and politicians from all over the world. In 2016, Skhemy reported that former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his close business and political associates Ihor Kononenko and Oleg Gladkovsky [9] have villas in the same province.

After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Gladkovsky family acquired a new plot of land in La Zagaleta, and is apparently building a new estate.
According to an extract from the real estate register obtained by Skhemy with the help of the OCCRP, on April 29, 2022, the Spanish firm Bilderberg Consulting Financiero acquired a land plot of 4,328 square meters, or almost half a hectare. The intended purpose is for construction.
Bilderberg Consulting Financiero is a company incorporated in 2015 in the province of Málaga. The company's activities include construction, leasing and purchase and sale of all types of real estate of any type. According to an extract from the Spanish commercial register, the company's owner is Mikhail Gladkovsky.
He is the 28-year-old middle son of former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Hladkovsky.
According to the publication, Mikhail is the least public of the Gladkovsky family, but he is also involved in the family business: in Ukraine, he is a co-owner of several companies that are part of its structure or are related to it. One of the few publications about him online is about a luxurious wedding in Venice in 2018, for which a five-star hotel with first-class service was chosen. In the photos and videos from the wedding, one can see Mykhailo's brother Ihor Hladkovskyi, father Oleh Hladkovskyi, and his associate Ihor Kononenko.
Mykhailo Hladkovskyi became a shareholder of the Spanish Bilderberg Consulting Financiero six months before the acquisition of the land plot: according to the Spanish commercial register, it was December 2021. Before that, the owner was Iryna Petrivska. She remains the director of the company. This woman has already appeared in Skhemy's investigations into the Spanish villas of Petro Poroshenko and his then associates Ihor Kononenko and the aforementioned Oleh Hladkovskyi: all the companies that registered the Spanish real estate of the three old friends and associates in Spain had a common administrator, Iryna Petrivska.

"The Schemes identified a land plot purchased by Hladkovsky's son's company in the village of La Zagaleta. It is located 15 minutes by car from the previously known villa owned by the family.
According to Airbus satellite imagery, construction work is currently underway on the site - a construction crane and the foundation of the future mansion are visible. It is likely to be a multi-level villa. Judging by Planet Labs' satellite photos of the area earlier, construction work began there most likely in June 2022.
The price at which Hladkovsky's company bought this land plot is not disclosed in the extract from the Spanish registry. However, Schemes journalists found an advertisement for the sale of another plot of land with a similar area in the same La Zagaleta for 2.5 million euros, which also includes the price for the design of the villa. The announcement says that the architect who designed the project estimated the cost of the construction itself at 4.5 million euros as of September 2021 - but this figure may vary depending on the quality of materials and functionality. It also says that the cost of a finished villa can reach 12-15 million euros.
The source of funds for the land plot could have been, among other things, a loan to Bilderberg Consulting Financiero from a business directly related to the Hladkovsky family, as described in the Spanish firm's financial report. This is a €2 million loan provided in 2022 by the Vienna-based company Bogdan Holding GmbH. Its owner, through a chain of two other companies - Cyprus-based Hesutu Limited and Virgin Islands-based Teckford Investments Financial Corporation - is former NSDC official Oleh Hladkovskyi himself. He also listed these companies in his declarations, the publication adds.
In the story of the loan, the connection to Gladkovsky Sr. can also be traced through the director of Bogdan Holding GmbH, a Ukrainian , Dmytro Lytvynets, who was a member of the supervisory board of Bogdan Motors Automobile Company from 2013 to 2017. Oleh Hladkovskyi and his close associates had a share of ownership in this company.
"Skhemy contacted Mykhailo and Oleh Hladkovsky for comments on the origin of the funds for the new Spanish real estate. They did not respond to calls and messages. The editorial board also sent inquiries to the Bogdan Corporation, whose president is Oleh Hladkovskyi. His son Mykhailo is a co-founder of the Bogdan Automobile Group, a company that has a stake in the corporation.
Context
From 2015 to 2019, Oleh Hladkovskyi was the First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and was called a close business partner of the fifth president, Petro Poroshenko. His dismissal was preceded by an investigation by Bihus.info journalists - "Friends of the President Steal from Defense (Secret Correspondence)" - about the amount of kickbacks and schemes to steal millions in the defense sector.
According to journalists, Hladkovsky's son Ihor was a direct participant in these schemes, as well as Oleh Hladkovsky himself and representatives of Ukroboronprom .
Shortly after the investigation was made public, several current and former officials of the state-owned Spetstechnoexport, which is part of Ukroboronprom, were detained. They are believed to be involved in the embezzlement of funds from the defense industry state enterprise in the amount of UAH 55.5 million.
Oleh Hladkovsky and his son denied the charges.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau detained Oleh Hladkovskyi in October 2019 on suspicion of abuse of power and declaring false information. He claimed "politically motivated unlawful prosecution".
In May 2020, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office announced a change of suspicion against Oleh Hladkovskyi in the case of abuse of defense procurement and increased the amount of incriminated losses from UAH 10.62 million to UAH 17.44 million. In July 2021 , the SAPO brought the case to court.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, according to Skhemy journalists with access to border crossing data, Oleh Hladkovsky has left Ukraine several times, both as a volunteer and as a truck driver.
In April 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court put him on the wanted list .
The court took into account the failure of the accused to appear at court hearings and the availability of confirmed information about his stay abroad and granted the motion of the SAPO prosecutors.
