Explosions were heard in the Khmilnytskyi region in the morning of December 16, reports UNN.

Local media reported that around 9 a.m. in the Khmilnytskyi region, the sounds of explosions were heard.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the movement of strike drones:
-in the Zhytomyr region, the direction towards the Khmilnytskyi region.
-in the east of the Cherkasy region, the southern direction.
-in the Poltava region, the course to the north.

According to the head of the RMA, Serhii Tiurin, in the morning, 3 enemy "Shahed" UAVs were destroyed over the region. There were no casualties.
