In Kazakhstan, a regular hearing was held in the case of the murder with particular cruelty of the wife of the former Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan - Saltanat Nukenova. Forensic expert Takhir Khalimanazarov emphasized during the hearing that ex-minister Bishimbayev could not only beat his wife on the head, but also strangle her, UNN reports.
All of this together qualifies as grievous harm and is directly causally related to death. These are blows to the head. There is no such thing as a repeated fall to cause a complex of injuries. This is excluded. A person in consciousness does not fall so many times
The forensic expert stated that two small oval abrasions, bruises of the same size and hemorrhages in the eye area were found on Nukenova's neck.
All of this together indicates that the neck was compressed. These are injuries that reflect this fact. That is, there was a fact of asphyxiation in the victim
He emphasized that the woman was not only beaten on the head many times, but also strangled. Khalimanzarov also added that experts recorded a head injury on Nukenova, but it plays a special role, as her death was caused not only by beatings, but also by strangulation.
