The European Commission said it is sending Ukraine another 500 power generators, reports UNN.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said 500 generators are being sent to hospitals and schools.

Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said that blackouts are not predicted in case of severe frosts in Ukraine . Shelling and natural disasters may affect blackouts.
