The state program of affordable mortgage lending for Ukrainian citizens "eOselya" is being implemented in Odesa region. It was launched in August 2022, and as of today, 163 defenders from the region have taken advantage of it, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleh Kiper informs, UNN reports.

He reminded that the preferential loan rate is 3% and the loan term is up to 20 years. The minimum down payment is 20%.
"The Odesa Regional Administration compensates certain categories of people with a reduced rate. Our defenders, rescuers, law enforcement officers, and border guards can take housing on credit and not pay interest. To date, 163 people have already taken advantage of this program. The banks participating in our program are: JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", JSC CB "PrivatBank", PJSC JSB "Ukrgasbank" and JSC "Ukreximbank". We are also working on signing an agreement with the fifth bank, Sens Bank JSC," he wrote.
According to Kiper, the number of residential complexes joining the E-House program is also growing. Over the past month, they have increased from 11 to 18.
