It is also indicated that the enterprise has stopped selling wholesale batches of gasoline and diesel fuel at the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange.
Information about the suspension of the Kstovo refinery was confirmed by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD) Andriy Kovalenko
"The Kstovo refinery of the Russian Federation is no longer operational after successful strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces," Kovalenko wrote.

On July 2, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the refinery in Russian Kstovo.
The enterprise produces automobile gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, lubricants and other products used, in particular, to meet the needs of the armed forces of the aggressor state.
