"The Procedure for the Establishment and Operation of Temporary Specialized Healthcare Facilities with a Special Anti-Epidemic Regime has been approved," Melnychuk wrote.
According to him, the procedure defines the mechanism for the creation and functioning of temporary specialized medical institutions, which are formed as needed in accordance with the decision to establish quarantine.
