The Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Odesa Oblast has found a contractor to overhaul a multi-story building in Serhiivka, Odesa Oblast, that suffered from a Russian attack last year, UNN reports.
Details
The tender was announced on November 7. The expected purchase price was UAH 75 million 55 thousand. The tender was won by DISK-Pivden, which offered UAH 73 million 550 thousand for its services.
Recently, on December 4, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa region signed an agreement with DISK-Pivden PE. The latter is to carry out major repairs to a multi-storey building in Serhiivka by December 31, 2024.

The previous tender was not held due to a lack of contractors.
Recall
Last year, Russians shelled Serhiivka, Odesa region. A high-rise building was damaged. Dozens of people were killed and injured. Many people were left homeless.
Over the course of a year, the restoration of Serhiivka hardly moved forward until the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, intervened and drew the attention of law enforcement to the situation. As a result, the contractor was replaced, and the facility was transferred to the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
It should be added that in January of this year, Mustafa Nayyem became the head of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
