As of 07: 00 on December 17, according to Ukrenergo, due to deteriorating weather conditions (wind gusts and rain) , 449 settlements in 15 regions (Khmelnytsky - 191, Lviv - 51, Sumy - 48, Rivne - 36, Ternopil - 34, Zhytomyr - 22, Volyn - 21, Dnipro - 13, Kharkiv - 11, Donetsk - 9, Kirovohrad - 4, Chernihiv - 3, Chernivtsi - 3, Kyiv - 2 and Cherkasy - 1).
Regional power company crews are involved in restoring power supply.
