Armenia and Azerbaijan intend to regulate their relations and conclude a peace treaty based on based on respect for the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity. As a gesture of goodwill, the Republic of Armenia expresses its support for the application submitted by the Republic of Azerbaijan to host the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) and withdraws its candidacy. Azerbaijan also supports Armenia's candidacy for membership in the Bureau of the Bureau of the Eastern European Group of States of the SOR.
