Psychologists and canine units of the State Emergency Service are working at the scene. Heavy engineering equipment has been deployed to clear the rubble.
"In total, 39 people were injured in Kyiv due to the Russian shelling, including 1 child. Another 28 people were rescued," the State Emergency Service stated.
