The Army+ mobile app is already used by half a million soldiers. Meanwhile, a new survey has been launched in the app to evaluate the quality of the uniforms, which will last until December 30, and the results will allow the military to adapt their uniforms to the conditions of service. This was stated by Deputy Defense Minister for Digital Development and Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"First, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has developed the Army+ app. This is the only mobile application for military personnel that aims to replace paperwork. Yesterday we crossed the 500 thousand mark of authorized users," said Chernogorenko.
According to her, on December 15, National Guard members gained access to new features of the application, including the ability to submit requests for transfer between National Guard units. The possibility of transfers between the Armed Forces and the National Guard is already under development. The system allows filling out a report in 10-20 minutes, and a decision is made within 72 hours.
And in case of refusal, there should be a clear explanation.
"Let me remind you that the Ministry of Defense has developed a resolution on the experiment, which clearly states in which cases a serviceman may be denied," Chernogorenko said.
Since the launch of this functionality, 16 thousand reports have been submitted, of which about 4 thousand have already been successfully processed.
"Thus, one in four servicemen was able to change their place of service in a few clicks. We have plans to extend the application to the entire Defense Forces," Chernogorenko added.
She also emphasized that the app provides an opportunity to take video courses for the Armed Forces and the National Guard, as well as participate in surveys. The latest survey, which started today, concerns the quality of military uniforms - in particular, the comfort, durability and mobility of clothing for the military. Everyone can take the survey until December 30.
