Spontaneous burial sites of people killed by Russian shelling are reportedly still being found in the temporarily occupied city. "This time the grave was found in the Central district, in the 23rd microdistrict. The photo was posted by Mariupol residents in local publics," the Mariupol City Council posted on Telegram.
The mayor's office reminded that during the blockade and heavy shelling, people were forced to bury the dead in yards, parks, gardens and other places. Single graves are still being found. Many people were buried in mass graves or under the rubble of buildings.
