Another 8 children aged 6 to 17 have been returned from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, the head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin said on Saturday, UNN reports.
Another 8 children were returned from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. These are 5 girls and 3 boys aged 6 to 17 years. The children were met on their native land and all the horrors are over for them. Now they are safe with their parents. They are receiving the necessary medical and psychological assistance
He thanked the Save Ukraine charitable organization for its hard work to save the children.
"Only since the beginning of 2024, 162 children from Kherson region have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine," Prokudin said.
