In the evening of January 2, in the Ternopil region a gas explosion occurred in a private house. The owner of the house was hospitalized. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Ternopil region, UNN reports.

It is noted that upon arrival to the scene confirmed the fact of an explosion without further burning, as a result of which the residential building was destroyed.
The owner of the house was injured and hospitalized in consciousness.
The probable cause of the explosion is depressurization of the internal gas supply system.
