An audible explosion was reported in Kharkiv, presumably outside the city, amid air raid alert in the region, UNN reports.

"An explosion was heard in the north of Kharkiv, probably outside the city," Suspilne reports.
"Residents of Kharkiv region! Do not leave the shelter - there is a risk of attacks by enemy combatants, said Brigadier General of Justice, Head of the Kharkiv Military Garrison Serhiy Melnyk on Telegram.
"Residents of the city of Kharkiv also stay in shelters!" added Melnyk.
The AFU Air Force had previously warned of enemy tactical aviation activity in the northeast and the threat of air strikes on frontline areas.
Kharkiv and several other regions in the northeast are on air alert.
