Ukraine has simplified the process of obtaining permits for irregular road transportation by allowing carriers to order permits online through an electronic cabinet, eliminating the need for personal visits and reducing time, resources and corruption risks.

"We are simplifying the process of obtaining permits for irregular road transportation. Now you can order permits online in the electronic cabinet," the Ministry said.

As noted, previously carriers had to travel directly to the issuing points and order permits on the spot, which took a lot of time and required additional resources, and most importantly, there was no predictability regarding the availability of a permit. Now, users of the electronic cabinet have the opportunity to order permits online.

"Digital processes facilitate the rapid receipt of the necessary documents without additional costs and minimize corruption risks," the agency said.

The agency noted that passenger carriers have access to permits for irregular transportation to the most popular countries during the summer season, such as Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece. All available permits can be found at link.
