The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution allowing the use of the Affordable Medicines program in every pharmacy in Ukraine, which will make medicines even more affordable.

“The Government continues to implement the President's initiative “Winter Support”. More than 6.8 million Ukrainians have already applied for the payment of thousands of hryvnias under the “eSupport” program. This includes more than 1.8 million children.
The first payments have already been made. Also, as part of the Winter Support, we are expanding the Affordable Medicines program at a record pace. Every Ukrainian can take advantage of it and receive almost 600 medical products and medicines free of charge or with a small surcharge.
Today, the government is adopting a resolution that will allow every pharmacy in our country to use the Affordable Medicines program. This will make medicines even more accessible in every corner of our country,” Shmyhal said.

The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the “Affordable Medicines” program, which, in particular, provides for the possibility to buy medicines with the funds of the winter “eSupport”, and expands the list of medicines that can be purchased under the program.
The Ministry of Health has launched the service “Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” service for free delivery of medicines to remote areas. There are 10 thousand over-the-counter medicines and medicines under the Affordable Medicines program available.
