Acting Chernihiv mayor, Secretary of the city council Alexander Lomako resigned, reports UNN.
"... on the day of local self - government, I submit an application for dismissal from the post of Secretary of the city council and ask it to be considered at the next session," Lomako said.
The reason for the decision to resign, according to Lomako, was a conflict with the heads of military administrations.
