The head of a farm reported to law enforcement that an unknown man had entered the farm, attacked a security guard and stolen a truck loaded with four tons of grain.
Investigators found that the offender entered the territory through the gate, entered the supervisory room and began beating the guard. Subsequently, he went to the garage, opened the passenger door, started the car and, having damaged the fence, drove off the farm.
Investigators served the man a notice of suspicion over the illegal seizure of a vehicle, combined with violence not dangerous to the victim's life, committed with breaking and entering. He faces up to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
