On the night of July 13, the Russian army once again attacked the Kherson city territorial community from the temporarily occupied left bank. According to the head of the Kherson MVA, residential buildings were destroyed and windows were smashed as a result of night shelling by the Russian army.
He also posted a video on Telegram showing the consequences of enemy shells hitting residential areas.
