As noted by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov, a woman was rescued from under the rubble.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, the enemy struck a civilian infrastructure facility in the Sumy community, with four strikes recorded. "The Russians deliberately struck a civilian facility. The full scale of the attack's consequences is being determined," Hryhorov wrote on social media.
The State Emergency Service earlier reported that as a result of the enemy attack, several hits on infrastructure facilities in Sumy were recorded, and SES employees promptly extinguished the fires and inspected the impact sites.
