The President of Ukraine has enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose personal sanctions against 15 individuals who hold senior positions in government agencies in the occupied Crimea, as well as 102 legal entities from Russia, Belarus and the occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the relevant decrees.
To enact the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of November 12, 2024 "On the Application and Cancellation of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)"
In total, the sanctions affect 15 individuals and 102 legal entities from Russia, Belarus and the occupied territories of Ukraine.
In particular, the sanctions were imposed against the occupying governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, the prosecutor of the Department of Public Prosecutions of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Crimea, Anastasia Supryaga, judges Irina Kagitina and Alexei Tikhopoy, the head of the FSB Office in Crimea Leonid Mikhailuk, and the chairman of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol, Vladimir Nemtsev.
The sanctions include blocking assets, restricting trade operations, preventing the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, suspending economic and financial obligations, prohibiting participation in privatization, depriving Ukraine of state awards, etc.
Sanctions were also imposed on Russian companies, including Sheremetyevo Handling LLC, Domodedovo Airport Handling LLC, Vostok Technical Service JSC, and Airport Service LLC.

The United States Treasury Department imposed sanctions against 275 people and companies from 14 countries that, among other things, transfer advanced technologies to the Russian army. The updated list also includes 20 Russians, including the Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia.
