President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy planned to visit Israel, but the visit was postponed at the initiative of the Ukrainian side. Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, UNN reports.

We appreciate the President's call, made immediately after October 7, for world leaders to come to Israel and show solidarity. Unfortunately, the president himself has not yet come to Israel. We hope that this visit will take place. We will be happy to see President Zelensky in Israel at any time
He noted that Zelensky was supposed to visit Israel, but the meeting was canceled.
"There are no specific dates (for Zelensky's visit to Israel - ed.). At one time, a tentative date was set, but at the initiative of the Ukrainian side, the visit was postponed," Brodsky added.

Last November , it was reportedthat President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy might visit Israel.
Zelenskyy himself stated that he was ready to visit Israel after the Hamas invasion and suggested that his foreign counterparts had other priorities.
