NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, following the second day of meetings of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, said that before possible negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine, NATO plans to bring Kiev to a stronger position. In the negotiations themselves, Ukraine will be the leader, but at the same time there will be other participants.
