The wiretap found in the office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi is an attempt by the enemy to obtain information about the plans of the Defense Forces on the battlefield. This was stated by a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andriy Yusov in a national telethon, UNN reports.
He emphasized that the Russians are currently trying to obtain information in various ways and study the further plans of Ukrainian troops in confronting the occupiers.
"This is, of course, a high-profile event. The counterintelligence agencies, the SBU in particular, have to look into this situation. The war is on and the enemy is trying to get information and study our plans in various ways," the DIU representative said on air.
