Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov has announced the launch of the Veteran+ app, UNN reports citing My-Ukraine.
"Our next step, together with other government ministries, is the Veteran+ app, a service to provide state services to veterans. It is already in operation. We are applying the best international experience here," he said during a speech at the International Veterans Forum "Ukraine. Veterans. Unity".
