Ukrzaliznytsia has announced for the Christmas and New Year holidays to increase the number of cars on trains on popular routes. This was reported by the press service of the of the railroad carrier in a telegram, UNN reports .
Traditionally, in December we see an increase in demand for travel by rail. Therefore, we add cars to the trains of the most popular destinations. ⠀

Given the annual demand for tickets during the New Year and Christmas holidays Ukrzaliznytsia has added more cars to trains on the following routes:
67/68 Kyiv - Warsaw
7/8 Chernivtsi - Kyiv
88/87 Kovel - Zaporizhzhya
98/97 Kovel-Kyiv
194/193 Kryvyi Rih - Yasinia
192/91 Lviv - Kyiv
In addition, a completely new flight will be launched in the West Ukraine:
"We are also seeing off our new train 143 Sumy - Rakhiv on its maiden voyage. Rakhiv: have a nice first trip!", - said Ukrhaliznytsia.

Earlier UNN warned, that railroad tickets would rise in price. Ukrzaliznytsia will reduce discounts and harmonize prices for international flights. The company decided to to revise prices in order to renew the railcar fleet and reduce overall losses from from passenger transportation in Ukraine
