It will be possible to apply for reparations for any crimes committed by Russia next year. This was announced by the minister of digital transformation Mikhail Fedorov, reports UNN.
In 2025, we will launch all 45 categories of applications for compensation for losses caused by the Russian Federation. We will add applications for reparations for those who were forced to leave their homes, who were harmed for life and Health, who had their cars destroyed and other types of damage
The minister said that now the agency is dealing with all legal and technical issues, so that all categories of applications to the Register will be available in the first half of 2025.
Fedorov pointed out that back in April, the collection of information about the destroyed housing in the Register began. Most applications were received from Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
The most common reasons for damages for filing applications:
- combat operations in the front or frontline zone;
- artillery fire;
- air attack;
- occupation of a locality;
- destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
Ukrainians will be able to apply to the register through Diya.

As of mid-November, 538 Ukrainians who suffered from sexual violence during the war had already applied for reparations. Of these, most appeals were received from men, as well as a significant proportion - from the Kherson region.
