For the first time in Ukraine, a house was built with a 3D printer in Irpin, Kyiv region. The family of a fallen Ukrainian soldier will live in it. This was announced by Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, UNN reports.

According to Fedorov, the Russian occupiers destroyed the family home of military man Yaroslav Berezov during the occupation of the city in 2022. The hero himself was killed in the battles for Bakhmut that year.
The minister said that the new home for the defender's family was built using a 3D printer from the Ukrainian startup 3D UTU. The 130-m² house was built in just 58 hours, which is about 2 days of printer operation.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, said that this year Kyiv region will receive UAH 700 million in subventions from the state budget to purchase housing for veterans and their families. In Kyiv region, 300 veterans and their families will be able to receive financial compensation.
