The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution that allows launching the Diia.Office service for officials. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, UNN reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution that allows the launch of the Diia.Office service for officials. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of the civil service through digitalization
Employees of government agencies will be able to use Diia:
- have an electronic certificate of a civil servant;
- conduct surveys and use services that will increase the efficiency of communication;
- log in to corporate resources using Diia.Signature - this will increase the security of access to important documents or files.
"In addition, Diia.Office will allow you to view information about the structure of government agencies and those responsible for their areas. This will increase the transparency of their work," said Fedorov.
According to him, in the future, Diia.Office will have information on the goals of each ministry and the Government as a whole. There are also plans to launch a service based on the application, which will include an assessment of efficiency and KPIs for each civil servant, so that society can assess both the effectiveness of their work and the relevance of the goals.
"No additional budget funds will be allocated for the project. The software is being made with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation and with the assistance of the "Action Support Project" implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (UNDP) with funding from the Government of Sweden," Fedorov said.
