Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Poland, Andrii Sybiha and Radosław Sikorski, during talks in Warsaw discussed the development of border infrastructure and the simplification of customs procedures for citizens and businesses. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, according to UNN.
During the meeting, the parties focused on practical issues of bilateral cooperation, including the modernization of checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border and improving conditions for crossing the border by people and transporting goods.
We also discussed in detail further steps to simplify customs procedures for our citizens and businesses, as well as the development of infrastructure at checkpoints between Ukraine and Poland
The MFA emphasized that these issues are important for the development of economic cooperation between the countries, accelerating logistics, and increasing the efficiency of the joint border.
