Ukraine and Bulgaria have agreed on the details of the introduction of a licensing regime for the export of Ukrainian sunflower, rapeseed, corn and wheat seeds. UNN reports this with with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Bulgaria.
Details
It is noted, that the Minister of Agrarian Policy and and Food of Bulgaria Kirill Vatev and the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Mykola Solsky, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, during an online meeting agreed on the details of of the application of the agricultural products licensing regime.
The Ministry of of Agriculture and Food has kept its promise to limit imports of November to limit imports of these agricultural products as much as possible according to the Memorandum signed between the government and the Initiative Committee of of protesting farmers
He emphasized that after this period, both countries will "strictly monitor that there are no distortions in the market, as well as that the interests of Bulgarian producers, processors and consumers are not undermined."
Ukraine and Bulgaria further agreed to continue imports and data exchange between the two countries.

Bulgaria supported the resumption of Ukrainian agricultural exports after September 15.
Later Bulgaria banned imports of sunflower from Ukraine until the end of November. After This period will be followed by a license regime for sunflower exports, wheat, corn, and rapeseed, according to the agreed plan between Ukraine and the European Commission.
