Ukraine secured six procedural victories in international judicial and arbitration proceedings in the first half of 2026. The rulings in these cases open, among other things, the possibility of recovering about 4.6 million euros in favor of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. During the first half of this year, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine ensured six procedural victories in international judicial and arbitration proceedings
In particular, in two investment disputes considered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the arbitration tribunals supported Ukraine's position regarding the absence of grounds for applying provisional measures.
Another significant result was two final court decisions in the case brought by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine against the company "IZOP-K D.O.O.". The Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia upheld the decision on recognition and permission to enforce the rulings of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
