At least 33 children were injured in a collision between a train and a truck in the Volgograd region of Russia, Russian media reports, UNN reports.

In total, there are about 140 victims. Most of them had bruises and cuts, and they received first aid on the spot.
Most of the children on the train were organized groups that were traveling to children's camps in the Krasnodar region.
According to SHOT, the driver was a 43-year-old man. He was tested for illegal substances. He explained that he failed to slow down in front of the train.
